Ingredient Specification

Appearance: Smooth, free flowing at ambient Temperature with uniform bright Natural red color.

PH: Max 4.5

Brix: (28-30) & (36-38) at 20deg. C.

Color at 12.5 Brix: not less than a/b 1.9 (Winter Season)
& a/b 2.1 (Summer Season).

Flavor: Free from scorched, bitter green tomato flavors, distinctive free from any off flavor.

Insecticides: Must conform with FAO/WHO food standards and Egyptian standards
Micro Organisms:
Free from pathogenic micro-organisms.
Free from micro-organisms which cause spoilage
Howard mould count: Max 40%-44% HB-CB positive fields at12.5 Brix.
Shelf Life: 24 Months at 20 deg. C or below.

Bostwick at 12.5 Brix: Max 12 cm at 20 deg. C (cold break),
Max 6 cm at 20deg. C (hot break).

Additives: No additives.

Transportation: Ambient.

Package: 225 KGS Aseptic bags
Outer package is steel drum closed well and coated by food grade paint
